Iraqi Airways announces the opening of a new airline line between Iraq and Iran

Iraqi Airways announced Tuesday (April 10th, 2018) the start of its first flights from Najaf International Airport to the Iranian airport of Ahwaz city on Tuesday.
The company said in a statement, followed by the Iraqi Economic Center, that its Director General Miran Farid said that “the opening of this line falls within the need to revitalize air traffic with various regional and global countries because of this importance in the service of the Iraqi community residing outside the country as well as the revitalization of important aspects Others contribute to the revitalization of tourist and economic areas of the country. ”
The Iraqi and Iranian companies are flying multiple flights between the two countries to their various international airports.
