The Iraqi cabinet authorized the Ministry of Finance to borrow from JICA

The Cabinet decided to authorize the Ministry of Finance to borrow from JICA for purposes specified in the draft budget budget.
The Council of Ministers said in a press statement, “The Cabinet held its regular session on Tuesday, March 13, 2018 under the chairmanship of the Prime Minister, Dr. Haider Abadi and voted to authorize the Ministry of Finance or authorized to borrow from the Japanese International Cooperation Agency JICA for the purposes specified in the draft budget budget.
He added that “the Council of Ministers voted to merge the General Company for engineering attribution with the General Company of Iron and Steel under the name of the General Company of Iron and Steel.”
“The Council voted to protect the products (distribution transformers, electrical (mechanical) and power transformers, as well as the protection of the industrial sponge product and the protective barrier product of the roads.”
