The Iraqi Airways Company announced Sunday that its revenues during the month of January this year exceeded 663 thousand dollars, from Baghdad International Airport only.
The company’s general manager Miran Farid said in a press statement that “the revenues of the month of January last amounted to 663 thousand and 113 dollars, from Baghdad International Airport only.”
He added that “Baghdad Airport contributed during the period mentioned the transfer of 77 thousand and 45 passengers, and receive 80 thousand and 952 passengers on board Iraqi flights and all sectors, in addition to providing ground services for various Arab and foreign flights.”
He pointed out that “these ratios have been achieved through the doubling of efforts by the company’s staff and the variety of services provided by the national carrier for passengers and competitive prices with other airlines.”
