The shares of Ashur Hotel, Metal and Bicycles, led the bourse to rise, Monday, for the third day in a row, by 0.001% at 638.46.
The exchange traded 2,586 billion shares valued at 1,976 billion Iraqi dinars. The session saw the trading of 33 companies out of 101 companies listed in the market.
Shares of the Ashour Hotel rose by 13.66%, Mineral & Bicycle shares by 10.00%, Al Amin Insurance by 9.30%, Al Shamal Bank by 4.55%, Musal for Play Cities by 4.46% and Middle East Bank by 3.12%.
The number of shares purchased from non-Iraqi investors reached 426 million shares valued at JD 861 million through the execution of 146 transactions on 6 companies. The number of shares sold by non-Iraqi investors reached 790 million shares, (251) million dinars through the implementation of (73) deal on the shares of three companies.
