The Ministry of Planning announced the opening of an office of the Central Organization for Standardization and Quality Control (QCEAS), the first office in Baghdad International Airport to inspect the imported jewelry.
The official spokesman of the ministry, Abdel-Zahra al-Hindawi, said the opening of the office came “in implementation of the decision of the Council of Ministers to restrict the import through the airports of Baghdad and Najaf.”
The decision of the Council of Ministers to import the import of bullion and gold jewelry from the airports of Baghdad and Najaf after it was only from the airports of the Kurdistan region.
